Killer Cardio Workout
Today we want to share with you guys one of our favorite cardio workouts that always gets our hearts racing and blood pumping! This workout is quick, does not require a gym membership, and gets us sweaty each time. Grab a pair of gym shoes and let's get started!
5 minute relaxed jogging. This gets your heart pumping and prepares your body for the exercise.
30 seconds of work, repeat 4 times (1 minute rest between each set)
10 to 15 minutes of stretching and/or light yoga poses. This helps your muscles recover and relax afterwards and aids with preventing soreness and injury. We suggest watching youtube videos on correct technique if you are new to any of these exercise moves. :)
