Hey guys! We want to share with you guys one of our favorite cardio workouts! It's quick and always gets us sweaty and feeling accomplished every time! Plus, it's easy to do anywhere, whether at home, the gym, or at a park.
5 Minute Slow Jog
My sister and I love to warm up by jogging for 5 minutes, this gets your heart pumping and prepares your body for the exercise. You can also add in a few moves to switch up the routine, such as jump-rope, higha-knees, butt-kicks, or calf-jumps.
3 Sets 30 Seconds of work (if needed, rest 1 minute between each move)
10 to 15 minutes of stretching and/or light yoga poses. This helps your muscles recover, relax afterwards, and aids with soreness. Stretching also helps prevent injury.
